A new era for the Margaret River Hotel is around the corner. Valtari is engaged to deliver the significant refurbishment to the heritage listed 1930s Arts and Crafts hotel.

The revitalisation of this landmark venue will see areas of the hotel restored to the original 1936 design including the facade. The Corner Bar will be refreshed, expanded and modernised, while new alfresco landscaped garden and courtyard areas will be created. Construction of a sensitively designed two storey wing will attach to the east of the existing hotel to create an additional 17 rooms. Extensive landscaping and planting will refresh the streetscape and play a significant role in welcoming visitors to Margaret River town centre.
