The Leederville Hotel sits right at the heart of the Leederville hospitality precinct and has been a local institution for generations. 

The project involved a substantial redevelopment of the existing Leederville Hotel to create a new multi-venue food and beverage offering. This included new restaurant spaces and restoration of the heritage hotel. The function spaces were refreshed, along with the live music, kids’ play and casual alfresco dining areas. 

Valtari delivered this complex project while parts of the venue were still operating. A very fast turnaround was required while maintaining a high-finish, high-quality build for this iconic venue.
